2. Incident Data

The Service ingests publicly broadcast audio from police, fire, and EMS radio channels and uses AI to transcribe, classify, and geo-locate the resulting incidents. This information is sourced from public broadcasts and is not personal information about you. We do not knowingly associate incident transcripts with individual users of the Service.

  • Authenticate users and protect against fraud and abuse.
  • Deliver alerts and notifications you have subscribed to.
